How do I upload test results?
Navigate to the Results page and click the “Upload” button. You can drag and drop PDF reports or select files from your device. Our AI will automatically extract the relevant data.
Can I access BioPortal on mobile devices?
Yes! BioPortal is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. Field technicians can access all features from their smartphones or tablets.
How do I add new users to my company?
Company Admins can add new users from the Admin panel. Navigate to Settings → Users and click “Add User” to send an invitation.
